I bought this car as a rescue from a mate of mine who has a car dealership. It came in as a trade-in with an abs fault that the dealership couldn't diagnose despite investigating the usual suspects. I took it on and the lads at Ripon MoT and Service Centre found the fault straight away, wasn't that obvious to be fair but fully repaired now. Was just under a grand to get her through her new MoT, new springs all round, new brake pipes throughout and a couple of other wee bits and bobs. Car has had 3 owners including me, Service History was comprehensive for the first 10 years, then looks to have taken a hit during Covid. Nevertheless, she has clearly been well maintained and drives like new. Engine and gearbox wise, she is running beautifully at perfect temperature, literally drives like new. No leaks through the roof, and I have silicone greased all the roof rubbers. Cabin heaters work great and the air-con is ice cold, very good condition inside with lovely heated leather seats and bluetooth connectivity through the Command system. Comes with 2 keys. Lovely tyres all round and the powered roof works smoothly exactly like it should. Very quick wee car, in sports mode on the auto box it is a real flying machine. The bodywork is still very presentable for a 15 year old car, a few wee bits of lacquer lifting here and there but nothing to get upset about. There are 2 small scratches on the front n/s bumper, maybe something for the new owner to look at though I have just ordered a registration number matched red touch up pen for her. Great wee car, first to view and drive will buy. Engine and gearbox are bulletproof. Will be available to view from Thursday 23rd April in Ripon, North Yorkshire when I'm home from my current work rotation, lovely, reliable, solid wee convertible for the Summer. I have priced her fairly, though I do like a wee haggle!
