All about Albert I've had Albert in our family for 12 years and we've enjoyed some amazing trips around the UK without any hiccups or complications. The exhaust was remade to the original plans to retain the original sound of a Mini Cooper. Rover Mini MPI Cooper is the final ultimate version of the classic Mini. Produced between 1997 and 2000, it's characterized by a more powerful and reliable multi-point fuel-injected engine. It has enhanced safety features like an airbag and pre-tensioned seatbelts.
