Mini Cooper S R53 pre-facelift for sale. Runs great, starts first time. Has the usual rust that can be treated to remove which I've done before. Supercharger has not been serviced which usually should be fine around 100K miles or so but the supercharger itself sounds great so wouldn't say this was an urgent job. Modifications: * Direnza stainless steel sports exhaust, good sound but doesn't drown out the supercharger whine. * 17% pulley * Mini R53 JCW (red) front brake calipers installed * TRC composites front splitter Additional work done and general notes: * Mushrooming strut towers replaced * Windscreen replaced under insurance due to crack so is effectively a new front windscreen * Cracked rear driver side spring replaced at last MOT * Front tyres are here Uniroyal rain sports * Rear tyres are almost new and were swapped from the front to the back * Cracked alternator replaced with a new one * The sunroof still works fine, but I run it with the fuse out as otherwise it causes a parasitic current drain, fine though if you are using the car daily and keeping the battery topped up, but not if you only use it once every 2 weeks or so - it'll be the switch/latch needs replacing * No water leaking into the car, i.e. the floor carpets are dry * The boots on these cars have a weakness around the handle seal so there is some rust there * Car will be cleaned again before sale!
