Car is currently SORN so unfortunately test drives will not be permitted without proof of taxation and insurance. I am selling my BMW 530D with the super reliable M57 3.0 diesel which has not let me down during the nearly 2 years of ownership. The only reason I am selling is because I now have a company car and no longer need this one. There is partial service history and it is due a service which is reflected in the price however its last MOT had no advisories. There is no rust in the usual places such as the whee arches and the boot lid handle and I have tried to keep it well maintained and cleaned throughout the winter months to prevent corrosion. The bodywork is pretty good for the age and there are a few bonnet chips and scratches but nothing major which again is reflected in the price. The common issue with the central locking has been fixed so it works perfectly but there is a small crack in the exhaust manifold which could do with being fixed. The parking sensors also do not work. There are no warning lights on the dashboard either. The airbags are also working perfectly which are another common issue for these cars. The wheels have some corrosion but usual for the age and tyres still have quite a lot of tread left. Although this is an SE trim the mileage is super low for this model of car and engine considering its age making it a perfect buy for someone who has a bit of time to tidy it up a bit hence the price may be a bit higher than some of the others ads of the same car.
