This 110 is in great condition and used daily. It spent the first 10 years of live in North Africa hence the rust is minimal. It benefits from many new parts and has been well maintained by myself and the previous owners. It comes with a full service including all transmission and drivetrain components, A new transfer box last year, 4 new Petlas all terrain tyres, new series style split doors with sound deadening and carpet, storage racking in the rear, removable steering wheel for added security, Bluetooth radio, LED lights all round.
The only less good parts are, rough paintwork, the new doors are stiff to open (this should ease with use and do not seal amazingly (but no worse than any other Defender). The gear box can sometimes crunch a bit (usually when dropping into 3rd when slowing and sometimes reverse) its always done it and it improves as the engine warms, drives fine, the dash is a bit loose and taped closed.
This Defender is in good useable condition but is a little cosmetically rough. The paint isn't great and it's a bit grubby. I have used it as my only vehicle for 3 years for work and fun. It had a roof tent and has given us many UK adventures. I will be extremely sad to see it go as it is my favourite car, but a recent move onto a canal boat and family needs means I can't keep 2 cars.
Any inspection welcome.
