The RS60 was Porsche's first limited-edition Boxster, produced to commemorate the 1960 718 RS60 that won both the 12 Hours of Sebring and the Targa Florio. Chassis 986 of 1960, presented in the signature factory specification as used in Porsche's original launch photography: GT Silver Metallic with full Carrera Red leather interior and matching red mohair hood. 3.4-litre flat-six, Tiptronic S transmission, 49,604 genuine miles. Condition is exceptional. Paintwork is flawless, professionally ceramic coated, and presents close to new. Interior shows no significant wear, with the numbered RS60 plaque present on the centre console. Original 19" SportDesign II alloys in titanium finish. The car has been fitted with 987.2 facelift headlights incorporating LED daytime running lights, giving it a more modern appearance. The original factory 987.1 bi-xenon units are retained in good condition and are included in the sale, allowing the next owner to return the car to fully original factory specification if preferred.
