Description
I am selling my first car, which I have owned and loved for over 5 years. It has been incredibly reliable and has never let me down. While it was mostly used for local commuting, it has also handled long trips to Cornwall and Scotland with ease.
The only reason I am selling is that I have recently upgraded to a new car. As I am the only driver in the family, I cannot justify keeping two vehicles. I originally bought this car from a trusted friend who also took great care of it.
Maintenance & Recent Work:
Despite the mileage, this car has been regularly checked and maintained. I have always taken it to the garage for preventative checks, and it has consistently been in good health.
Battery: Brand new battery from Halfords (installed Feb 2026)
Timing Chain: Replaced 60,000 miles ago.
Brakes: New high-quality brake discs and pads fitted 6 months ago.
Suspension: Front springs and headlights replaced shortly after I bought it; shock absorbers replaced 2 years ago.
Tyres: Rear tyres replaced in February; front tyres replaced in March.
Lights: Most bulbs have been recently refreshed.
Current Condition:
The car is clean and has been regularly washed (including professional car washes). There is one minor electrical fault that costs approximately 60-70 to fix (including labor). Because of this and the high mileage, I have adjusted the price to be very fair. I will also include a spare bulb holder and extra bulbs for the new owner. Road tax per year 35. MOT until October.
