A well-loved, well-maintained classic convertible that starts first time, drives beautifully, and sailed through its MOT with the MOT until October. It comes with the factory colour-matched hard top and wind deflector - both increasingly hard to find with these cars - making it a genuinely usable year-round driver. Mechanically sorted: This car has been looked after. Recent work includes: Heater blower motor resistor replaced, Electric roof repaired and fully operational, New rear tyre, New rear brake lines and Headlights professionally polished. Car starts first time with no issue. Over the years, some maintenance has been carried out by myself, so full service history is not available, but everything has been done properly. Condition: At 20+ years old, this car wears its life authentically. You can expect: Stone chips and some paint lacquer lifting in places, a few of light scratches, alloy wheels that would all benefit from a refurb, some plastic trim damage and a few small interior bits missing. The hard top headlining has come away and needs re-glueing and the seats in good condition for their age - solid, not pristine If you want a perfect show car, this isn't it. If you want a mechanically sound BMW convertible that you can enjoy in the nice weather - this is exactly that. One known issue: The remote key fob locking does not currently work. Central locking functions are fine via the key itself, which is how I've used it throughout my ownership. Could be the fob, could be the receiver unit. Any inspection or independent check welcome.
