Selling my BMW Z3 1.9L 1998 manual convertible in Montreal Blue. I have had this car for 5 years and it has been a pleasure driving it. Unfortunately it must go due to family commitments. It is in good mechanical order, very fun to drive and has great handling. This future classic is low mileage for its age. The car had a new soft top roof in blue fitted back in November by the well-known Jack Smith Motor Trimmers in Swansea. It has a Jetex stainless steel cat back exhaust system which sounds great and sporty. There is good tread on all tyres and it has the original 16 inch Style 35 alloy wheels. On the interior the car has a Sony bluetooth stereo system which supports USB, CD, Spotify Music and Hands-free. I swapped the fabric seats to the leather seats taken from the 2.8l model. The interior has had some upgrades including a premium carbon fiber gear knob, custom gear shift cover and handbrake cover, and a custom stitched cover for the M style steering wheel. Service tasks carried out since ownership: Yearly oil and filter service Auxiliary belt change Water pump replacement Suspension replaced on all 4 corners Brakes bled and oil replaced Power steering fluid bled and replaced Gearbox and Differential oil replaced Fuel filter replaced Brake hoses replaced Catalytic converter and O2 sensor replaced Both car sills have been repaired Bushes have been replaced. Recent tasks carried out: Engine Oil and oil filter replaced Spark plugs replaced O2 sensor replaced Air filter replaced Comes with 2 keys and a separate alarm fob. Comes with a fresh MOT (passed today 20/4/2026). Comes with part service history. Still has an unused spare wheel and the original BMW tool kit. Due to its age of almost 28 years, there are scratches and 1 small dent (passenger door) on the bodywork. The paintwork needs attention too. There is some rust on the rear arches which have been treated (see in pictures). Overall, the car is in good condition and has been well looked after. Will be great in the summer or over them sunny winter days with the top down. It has comfortable, adjustable leather black electrical seats.
