This is a rather reluctant sale of my lovely little Jimny. The car is in good general condition for its age. Starts first time on the button. Is a reliable daily driver. Everything works as it should do. 7 Previous keepers from new. 2 Keys, owners manuals, receipts, etc. Recently had new prop shaft fitted, along with upper rad hose. It has also had the top engine cover rubber seal replaced (a common cause of oil leakage into the spark plug wells), the wells cleaned out and new plugs , leads and coils fitted, as well as a new PCV valve unit and seal. Engine runs smoothly (I can send vid of startup and engine bay running on request) and there is no stuttering or poor running of motor or automatic gearbox. Drive wise - its as expected really. There is no high speed weave (often associated with this model when certain chassis parts are worn) or other 'anomalies'. The bodywork - whilst not perfect (expected for a car this age) is in in pretty good shape. The underneath is not in a particularly bad shape either. Certainly appears to have no need for any welding anytime soon and better shape than many others Ive looked at. There is also a sunroof fitted. Im unaware of any hardtop Jimnys with a sunroof. It is fixed shut and definitely does not leak. It definitely gives the car a brighter look inside (see photos) and is pretty much unique to this Jimny! All in all then a great little car. Im genuinely sorry to have to sell her. The only bad points I can find to point out are: * Occasionally the handbrake switch/light stays on. * A little rust around the front light area (but not to affect any area which would cause an MOT fail). Other than that, its a good reliable little car. MOT'd till December 2026. Stereo system has been upgraded to a new media (i.e Aux in 3.5mm jack/USB) Kenwood unit.
