This car is perfect for new drivers or anyone who wants a reliable, economical run around. Powered by a brilliant 1.0L engine, it is ideal for navigating fuel increases while benefiting from cheap road tax. oh and it can definitely hold 4 people in the car. While it is a 17-year-old vehicle, it remains a dependable Toyota that has been well-maintained for its age. I have recently completed a service with an oil change, new spark plugs, and fresh air and pollen filters, alongside fitting brand-new rear discs and pads. Sold with a full year's MOT, the car sits on a matching set of tyres with excellent tread (6mm+ front, 8mm rear). Although the iQs were never highly specced, the interior has been significantly improved with a rare double DIN dashboard conversion and a Bluetooth head unit for hands-free calls and music. For full transparency, the rear bumper has a solid structural repair that would just benefit from a respray for perfect aesthetics. The front discs show slight surface pitting as noted on the MOT, though they perform as they should. Additionally, the airbag sensor occasionally flickers, a known intermittent quirk that has never flagged a diagnostic fault or impacted the MOT. This is a reliable, straightforward, and honest example of a fantastic small car.
