Here I have my Superb it's recently had tyres 2 brand new on the front but rears have loads of tread just had 2 rear wheel bearings also new pads and disks all round at the start of the year. It's the DSG 6 speed and the 170hp engine same as the Octavia vrs. It's been very well maintained by myself with engine and gearbox service less then 5000 miles ago it's had a stage 1 remap and now returns 55-65 mpg depending on driving style.
