2010 Peugeot 308SW SE 1.6HDi, 6 speed manual. Mechanically it's in excellent condition, and despite the mileage (these engines will easily go beyond 250k miles) it should be good for many more miles of motoring. No warning lights, no untoward noises, everything works and the car is running well. The car will do over 50mpg all day long in mixed driving, and on a long run 70-80mpg is achievable. The specification includes: - Electric windows and mirrors - Dual zone climate control - Cruise control and speed limiter - Bluetooth audio and handsfree - Auto wipers and lights - Panoramic glass roof with electric blind - Integrated rear window blinds - Rear picnic tables - Individual rear seats all with ISOFIX that can be reclined, moved backwards/forwards, or completely removed giving a huge load space (With the rear seats removed it's effectively a small van) It's had a replacement turbocharger fitted within the last couple of years, and within the last 18 months has had the following work: - New Gates timing belt, tensioner, and water pump - New crankshaft oil seal - New battery - Fully serviced including fuel filter, cabin filter, air filter, oil filter, oil (last serviced at 190k) - Front suspension components (drop links, lower arms & bushes, strut mounts) and front wheel bearing replaced - New outer CV joint boots - New front and rear brakes (including rear wheel bearings) - 2 new Kumho tyres in the last 6 weeks (the 2 others have a good amount of tread) and just had the front wheel alignment carried out Cosmetically it's not the best example, but it's still perfectly presentable. There are scratches on the driver's side rear quarter, the front bumper has been painted under the front left fog light, the rear bumper has a small amount of paint peeling on the passenger side (not got any worse in 18 months), and there are a couple of small areas of surface rust on the lower sills. The practicality is pretty much unrivalled for the price, whether you want to use it as a family car, for tip runs, or just for carting the dog around.
