I imported this car and a 540i (for me) from Japan late last year, the plan was for my wife to have this m235i, she likes it, but doesn't want to give up her VW polo GT, which she adores, I think she is mad! Dials, radio and satnav all converted to UK specification professionally. All import paperwork and export certification available. I have spoken with BMW, they have said it's essentially the same car that comes to the UK, servicing and parts are no issue. This is my 10th Japanese import in 25 years, they are pretty much always better than the UK equivalent, this is down to the Japanese MOT (shaken test) being very tough, the Japanese taking very good care of their possessions, no salt on their roads and a more temperate climate. Tax is about 350 a year. Advert says 2026 as this is when it was first registered in the UK with DVLA, the car is a 70 plate, and was first registered in Japan in November 2020 ( I have the export certificate to confirm this).
