VW Golf GT Sport In use every day, running well - 180 mi round trip to Bristol last week 55mpg on the M4 - so despite high mileage through good maintenance with regular oil changes is still performing well. Engine is very responsive, gear changes smooth. Brakes nicely. It's a nice drive. Cruise control a real bonus on car this age. Heated seats great in winter. The car has been extremely reliable for me over the last five years, never let me down. Age related wear and tear as visible in the photos, and some negative points I can highlight: below driver door sill pushed in a bit, not split - was there before and hasn't changed in the time I've had it. Roof lining sagging. Driver seat worn on the side. Scratch on the side curtesy of neighbours fence panel last winter, see photo; still got touch up pen. Windscreen chip out of main view - filled and not changed in the time I've had it. Passenger front window very sticky, works but maker noise so I've avoided using it. These could all be tidied up/resolved but I have another car so not wanting to invest more. I see no signs of oil or water leaks. Quality original head unit added last year with car play, runs some main Apple apps (Waze/Google maps, digital radio stations, etc.) calls work on Bluetooth. Sound quality much better than aftermarket versions. Includes also hard plastic boot liner. Has spare wheel. Tow bar and electrics all work, been used for tip trailer. Cam belt and water pump done a couple of years ago - I'll get details of garage work done added to advert soon. Includes also most wearable front suspension, discs, pads. Air con works well.
