Description
2010 e89 Z4 sDrive 35i (3.0L twin turbo N54)
Basic facts:
MOT until August 2026.
Tuned to 360hp per dyno graph.
2x keys, V5 in my name. Will be sold on plate MA10 XXX not the C3 XXX plate, which I need some time to change.
Owned since 2023, selling because I fancy a change (Vantage? Mustang?) having driven this car across France, Scotland and Wales in my ownership.
There is a stone chip in the windscreen, filled in professionally but visible.
The car has a low-speed crash in its history prior to my ownership, which I have provided photos of and I have lots of documentation about.
Service history:
Extensive paperwork and booklet etc. all present.
All the big-ticket bills have been done and paperwork is present - water pump, high pressure fuel pump.
I chose to replace all spark plugs and coils/leads during my ownership for peace of mind, and have kept on top of all fluids, filters, basic servicing oil etc.
September 2025 was its last full fluids and filters service.
Two new rear Conti tyres fitted at Xmas 2025, 450. One new front Conti tyre fitted April 2026. One remaining older tyre (front).
Great BMW spec including:
lovely silver paint. Some stone chips but largely good. Commensurate with age.
lovely red heated leather interior
aluminium trim finish interior
cruise control (retrofitted BMW system by me)
black/silver rear diffuser
best aircon you've ever felt
Various aftermarket mods including:
CarPlay and 12" screen - wireless system.
Wheels - Veemann V-FS25 19"
Black BMW badges throughout.
Aftermarket rear LED lights - solved the infuriating boot leakage issue these often have. Very nice and look OEM+.
Aftermarket shifter
stubby aerial
Stepped intercooler upgrade
Two other need-to-know items on this car:
1. it has a straight-through exhaust system which is very, very loud. Pops and bangs when driving especially in sports mode. Very very loud on a cold start, settles to a sociable idle volume after 10 seconds. Runs beautifully but not for the shy.
2. Has been crashed and repaired cat s, hence the low price. I bought this car unsure of the history, and did extensive digging for several months to discover everything including sourcing and meeting with the previous owners. I have all of the insurance assessors images, as well as photos of the actual crash (low speed impact with a Fiat500). I have also put the car over a pit to investigate condition and I am confident it's nothing to worry about and well repaired. It has passed all MOTs since.
