Description
For sale is my 2009 Mazda MX-5 NC2 Sport Tech, which I have owned since January 2021 (95,000 miles).
This has been a well-cared-for and enthusiast-owned example, built to my ideal fast road specification over the past few years. The only reason for sale is that I now need a larger car due to getting a dog.
During my ownership, the car has been maintained to a high standard with no expense spared mechanically. It has been serviced every 5,000 miles or annually, including a major service when I first purchased it carried out by myself. I have receipts for all parts, and recent servicing and specialist work has been carried out by Performance Link, a highly regarded MX-5 specialist.

The car is mechanically very strong but does have some cosmetic imperfections. The paint on the driver's door and surrounding panels has faded in places. There is also the common NC issue of bubbling on the rear decklid due to the composite panel. There are stone chips on the front bumper, a scratch on the passenger door, and some marks on the rear bumper. There is also a scratch on the roof which I believe was caused by an animal. The leather seats show some wear consistent with the age and mileage of the vehicle.
