Description

This was my sons car before he moved country and over the years he put a lot of work into it. We are selling because he obviously won't be using it anymore, and we plan on moving house so we're cleaning up. Below he made a list of things that have been done to the car: Oil change recently Heater core replaced Crash sensor front passenger side replaced Egr delete kit, boost pipes replaced and engine remapped for approximately 170hp Dual mass flywheel and clutch kit replaced, along with gearbox seal and rear crankshaft seal 16 inch alloys from an audi A3, spacers front and rear and good tyres x4 Another set of wheels to go with, 17 inch alloys, all good tyres too Exhaust flexi pipe just recently welded, all other exhaust brackets welded too. Got a repair kit from a germany company (HJS) because the cheap exhaust flexi pipes don't last. Bonnet swapped over from another passat just because the paint was in nicer condition Suspension has been done front and rear at some point during the few years I've owned the car. Shocks, springs, arms, top mounts etc. I've also changed out the inner tie rod dust boots, and flushed the power steering fluid. Thermostat and glow plugs were changed last year. Fresh coolant too. Also fixed a coolant leak on a hose at the rear of the engine. Alternator belt, tensioner, idler and crankshaft pulley were replaced because it would wear the belts down. Gearbox was refurbished just before I started driving the car. I done an oil change on it a few thousand miles later. Aftermarket door speakers have all been fitted and a refurbished radio. Heated seats work. Parking sensors work, and a good condition crash bar was fitted to the rear. Timing belt kit including the water pump was replaced under 20k miles ago. Sticker is on the driver side door jamb. Fuel injector seals were all replaced. Oil changed annually at about 5-6k intervals, along with the air filter, pollen filter and fuel filter ever 2 years. Replaced the fuel temperature sensor. In tank fuel pump plug was also fixed a while ago. Instrument cluster was replaced which caused the mileage change. Front and rear brake discs and pads are good too. Changed out the handbrake cables years ago and the rear brake calipers last year. A whole bunch of other small things (brake pipes, hoses, covers, cleaning drains, wipers, battery, armrest, xenons, etc.) Steering wheel + Airbag are from an Audi TT. A few other spare parts come with the car
