Description
Selling my BMW E91 320d. Owned for the last 4 years without real issue, save for a failed alternator which I replaced last year. Recently has had the abs warning come on, which triggers the TCS system and tyre pressure fault lights. The issue is either the abs sensor (I have included one in the sale) or the ABS reluctor ring, an inexpensive part. Drives fine, but no abs or traction control so I just use my common sense and drive moderately!!
Will need sorting for next MOT as these present as warning lights on the dash.
A few other faults listed below:
Radio and remote central locking don't work, I believe it is a faulty diversity module located under the rear roof spoiler. About 100 part and a simple fix (I've lived with it for about 6 months, not really bothered me. Still locks with the key).
Heated seats are intermittent, usually the drivers side. Haven't investigated fully.
Has a slight oil leak from the back of the rocker cover, doesn't use any oil really, but after a long run you can smell it slightly where it has dropped onto the hot manifold.
Various stone chips to the front, and scuffs to the underside of the front bumper. Offside rear arch has some bubbling, as does the rear boot under the glass panel. Wear and tear associated with a 15 year old car with over 200,000 miles!
Interior is in nice condition, some wear on the driver's bolster but otherwise clean. Switch gear in good order too.
Has sat nav, and the ability to store music in the internal storage (about 40gb I think). Feel free to delete my music (no judgement).
MOT until 17th May.
A cheap run around as is, or fix to make it a comfortable daily. 4x matching Avon tyres all round with plenty of tread. Some service history, last serviced last year (and each year in my ownership). MOT had no advisories.
Contact me with any questions. New car forces sale (no room to keep it).
Thanks
