Description
Lovely car for cheap commuting and pottering about - surprisingly comfortable for a big chap like me - I'm built like the YouTuber - Jayemm .
Even though I don't have overnight charging, I used Tesla Supercharger near me out of hours and it cost less than four pounds to charge up to 80% which was good for about 90 miles in winter. It can do 130 miles on a full charge in summer.
Superb in winter - has a button to press on the dash board which melts the ice or snow with wires inside the screen so no waiting around for engines to warm - 90 seconds and screen clear, heating hot. Very powerful heated seats with two power settings, easy to use radio built in and Bluetooth connectivity to the universal phone mount.
Two recent new Goodyear tyres - sticks like glue - handling and performance reminds me of my XR3 years ago.
Interior very clean, always had seat covers and mats as can be seen on the photos. Ultra reliable and quiet - only had droplinks replaced about a year ago - no trouble since. If you have a drive it will charge on a normal 13 amp plug to full by morning and cost less than two quid on Octopus energy tarriff or four pounds fifty on normal electricity tarriff - about a third of fossil fuel prices.
Will do 80 mph if pushed but not the car to do that - prefers 56 mph for best range.
Comes with DC fast charging cable in a bag which fits in a pocket in the boot.
