Description

2016 Golf R MK7, DSG, 56100 Miles - Will rise as in daily use. Good Service History - full until 2020, with other invoices since then. I have carried out servicing myself in my ownership. HPI CLEAR Modifications: - The Engine has been custom tuned to Stage 2 - 404bhp with dyno printout by West Yorkshire Tuning. Gearbox has also been mapped to Stage 2. - The exhaust setup is a De-Cat Down-Pipe to the stock Cat-Back. - Ram-Air Jetstream intake - J-Hook Brake Discs - AP Racing Coil-overs. - 18 inch Diamond Cut Monza Wheels from a MK6 GTI - Front Splitter and Carbon Fibre Rear Wing - Aftermarket tint on Front Windows, unsure of what percentage tint they are Specification: - Adaptive Cruise Control - Front and Rear Parking Sensors - Heated Front Seats - Dual Zone Climate Controls - Power Folding Mirrors - Grey Alcantara & Cloth Seats - Rain Sensing Wipers - Auto Dip Mirror on Reverse Bad Bits: - Front aftermarket splitter has a small chunk missing from driving on a badly paved road. - Very small amount of surface rust on the rear nearside arch. - Alloys could do with a refurb. One has a centre cap missing. - Carbon Wing needs a refurb, the lacquer has peeled in places, which seems to be very common for these. Comes up pretty well with a good polish so never bothered. - Passenger door Tint has peeled slightly in the middle - Headlights need the indicators coded in. They are coded for a different set of headlights that were previously on the car. Can be done with VCDS. - Not necessarily an issue, but the J hook discs make a light clicking sound when driving. This is normal from this style of brakes, but still thought I'd mention it. Not noticeable 90% of the time. This is a brilliant car, and after owning one of these I now understand why they are so popular. Looks amazing, lovely to drive, fuel efficient when you need it to be, and absolutely flies when you're wanting to drive more spiritedly. As someone with a lot of mechanical sympathy I have treated this car very well. I have exclusively ran the car on Shell V-Power (even with how extortionate it is nowadays) and have always fully warmed up the car before any enthusiastic driving, and fully cooled it down afterwards. The reason for sale is I'd like to try something different. I previously had a Scirocco R, and after owning that and this I'd like to venture outside of VAG a little bit. Any questions don't hesitate to contact me. I'm open to sensible offers.
