I bought this Audi A5 in May 2011 when it was 2 years old and had about 19,500 on the clock. My son-in-law persuaded me to sell it to him ten years later, but I missed it so much that I bought it back from him when he changed cars the following year. It's therefore been in the family for 15 years. I have a complete MOT and maintenance record from new, with 18 stamps in the book. It was last MOT'd in March 2026 and serviced at the same time. Mechanically the car is in excellent condition for its age. There are no dents and, apart from a superficial scratch on the passenger door from a protruding branch, the paintwork is very good for age. The only rust I can see is a small patch on the RH sill. I had the alloy wheels refurbed in 2023, but the front passenger side wheel needs doing again. I also had the front seats refinished in 2023, so the light grey leather interior is superb for its age. This is the best all round car I've ever had, i.e. 0-60mph in about 5.5 seconds, 40+ mpg, seats 4 tall adults comfortably, great load carrier with split rear seats.
