Description

2010 XC90 D5 Premium in outstanding condition. Full service history with all stamps and a batch of receipts for the important stuff. Gearbox is as smooth as butter and the engine is an absolute brute, 5 cylinder Swedish symphonies sounding like you're about to pull down parliament should you wish. Thanks to a factory Polestar ECU map this city block of boron steel will fly from a red light like the proverbial off a stick. No blank poverty buttons covering the whole dash, the cab has it all, and it all works - obviously. Bi-Xenon headlamps that turn horizontally with the wheel, automatic wipers (AND adjustable interval speeds for you auto-wiper naysayers), memory electric seats, rear folding seats and 2 seats in the boot for your little friends that you can't stand giving driving tips. AC controls in the rear, privacy glass, could sleep in the thing with the seats down and still have room for the dog. High definition speaker package, incase you really don't like your neighbours. Hidden Satnav screen in the upper dash, ideal for a carplay swap. Steering wheel controls for media and cruise. Wing mirrors big enough to see the future out of, and blue dash gauges to remind you this isn't your average Volvo. Car phone! Yeah that's right! Stick a SIM card in and hold a wired telephone up to your ear like you're Rick James in the 90s! Also hands free should you not care about people listening in. Heated seats obviously, child lock, electric folding wing mirrors, sunroof (tilt + slide). Mechanically it is absolutely sound. I bought it off of its second owner who had it from when it was just a year old. Spent most of its recent life on the driveway. When it came to have it's MOT under my ownership it became apparent that the car needed a new CEM, a failure was preventing spotlights to work, which is an MOT failure. Further issues can develop including dash and immobilizer. I had this replaced with a genuine CEM and recoded at Volvo stoneacre, you're welcome. During this painful time the car sat while I exhausted all my options, hence the long gap between MOTs. 4 x Fallen FK520 fitted $$$. OSR caliper, rear discs, pads, replaced. Front discs and pads hardly worn. Car is best viewed in person. Weekends would be best. If you want to view between 08:00 - 12:00 on a Saturday the car can be viewed on a 4 post ramp at my place of work. Open to offers if you're stood Infront of the car. Will use daily, expect mileage increase.
