For sale is My 2001 Citroen Saxo 5 Door, Manual. Here it is: I initially got this car for 450 and it didn't run. I replaced the Alternator, Battery, and Heater Matrix as it was leaking into the footwell. Once I had got these fixed I noticed that the Headgasket was on its way out. It needs a clutch, an O/S Drive Shaft and O/S Spring. Starter Motor is going too. MOT Ran out Today (6/5/26) and therefore I don't have time to get the driveshaft and spring done before MOT. I have had the entire interior stripped for the heater matrix. Including dash etc. There was a lot of damp in the car for a long time. All Dealt with though. Resolve: I dried the car out, got rid of the damp issues and now the car is great. She has driven me to kent from lancashire (and back). Early stages head gasket, ZERO overheating, just a little oil in coolant and mayo/sludge (attached pictures). I have done a full coolant flush when replacing the headgasket and still a bit of sludge in tank. I have the ability to do the Head gasket and get it skimmed for 150.00, I could do the clutch, starter, spring and driveshaft, however I just don't have the time or patience. Anyone that can do these can make something from this car. Since the seller who sold it to me had hidden these parts, I feel it best for me to be straight with the next buyer, hence the price. These cars are getting rarer and rarer, I know you see it on every listing 'future classic' etc. But these cars are truly diminishing. Look, it's not pretty and has a lot of little bits and the headgasket to do but I mean it's just those bits and the cars solid for a long time I just don't have the patience.
