Description

Hi All, Here I have for sale my Honda Civic Type R (EP3), its a 2004 plate and its on around 112,300 miles, low miles for the year! It has Just over 12 months MOT. I have owned the car for around a year, if I am honest its been a long one. I came to realise after purchasing the car that it needed a bit more than I had planned for. This included the usual arch and sill rust repair and a lot more to get the car diving and performing as it should. Below is a brief list of things that have been completed in the past 12 months: - Welding, treatment and wax oil, Arch's and Sill's etc (see photo) - All 4 Tyres were replaced for Falken Azenis FK520'S (Summer Tyre) - Full Service, Oil Filter, Pollen Filters and Sparks - Ram Air Induction Kit, With Cage and Cold Air Hose - Front & Back pads replaced - Full Bleed and Replacement Fluid - Replacement Shock Absorbers all Round - Replacement Springs All Round (Eibach's) - Replacement of Both Callipers at the Rear - Replacement Hand brake Cables (both sides) - New Battery - All Light Bulbs Replaced - Exhaust Cat Replaced for 400 cell, Silencer Added By Infinity Exhaust.(its still loud, but fine on the motorway and its fully legal). - Drivers side lock barrel replaced, this was due to the original rusting away! there is now 4 keys, 2 for the drivers door and the 2 original's for starting the car and access to the boot. - Car now has Type R mats (Tegiwa not the red ones you can see in the pic) Since my ownership I have collated a fair amount of receipts for works complete to go along side with the fairly decent service history, majority being Honda/Honda approved. Since I have owned the vehicle it as been looked after at my local garage, who know the car very well and have completed the majority of the works. The clutch was replaced just before me buying the car, I also have receipts for this. To be very transparent I purchased the car for around 4.6k a year ago and my total including the the purchase is currently 10.5k. I would love to carry on the journey, but I have decided now is the time for a change. It is currently driving super well, stops, pulls and corners as it should. It now only needs a few minor touches to make a very special car. Most of the work now needed is cosmetic, paint etc (it is over 20 years old). Any questions shout as I am sure I am missing lots of info. Car Vertical report can be given at request. The car is sold as seen, no returns, or refunds will accepted.
