Smart cars are built by Mercedes-Benz designed with combined fuel efficiency (~67 miles per gallon) and low emission production (CO2 ~ 95 g/km). With the Urban Smart Car scheme, these vehicles are not only cheaper to insure, but have overall low expense including low VED road tax, parking, and are LEZ compliant. I am a student moving away, so need to sell soon!
