Great condition, top engine spec (170hp) 3 owner vehicle including myself. Previous two owners were elderly gentleman so she has had a pretty pampered life. I have used as a work vehicle to keep my tools in and in my time she has been fantastic to own. For the age I find the spec incredible. Keyless entry and go, opening full pano roof, heated electric seats, heated and chilled cup holders, electric folding heated mirrors, reverse camera (also comes with a Witter tow bar which is hardly used). This xtrail comes with a full ring binder full of documentation, including previous V5's, all service history bills/paperwork, mot's etc. There's 4 matching Goodyear Vector 4 season tyres fitted approx 18 months ago with a good amount of tread remaining, front discs and pads + rear pads fitted 05/25. Overall in very good condition for the age. Bad points: there are some age related scratches here and there, a 50mm small dent in the rear black plastic part of the bumper where a magical hidden post managed to find me and most of the steering wheel buttons do not work which I think is a clock spring issue (pretty cheap fix I believe). That's it, a decent and honest Nissan Xtrail for sale with a great spec and genuine low mileage. I'll be sad to see her go but that's life. Vehicle located in Norwich, Norfolk.
