Description

It's going to be a sad day when this leaves the driveway. The X-Trail has been in my family since 2007; my dad bought it from a dealer and looked after it for 14 years before handing the 2 x keys to me in 2021. It has never been used for off-roading or "worked hard"it's been a reliable, comfortable family cruiser that has never let us down. T-Spec trim - Full black leather interior (which is in amazing shape, minus two small cuts on the driver's seat) ULEZ Compliant: Euro 3 but fully compliant in UK. Tax - Pre-2006 model, road tax is significantly cheaper than the newer versions. Maintenance Free: It's chain-driven, so there is no cambelt to snap or replace. Maintenance History I'm a bit meticulous with maintenance. While it had dealer service history early on, I have personally serviced it every single year since taking it over, keeping a folder full of every receipt and MOT certificate. Work Carried Out (Latest to Oldest): 2026: Brand new Bosch O2 sensors (pre and post-cat), fresh Brake Fluid, and a full Front Wheel Alignment. 2025: Major Service (Oil, all filters, Spark Plugs, Coolant flush). Also fitted new Brake Pads and a complete new Exhaust System (including the in-line catalytic converter). 2024: Driveline refreshreplaced the Automatic Transmission Fluid (Dexron II), Differential fluid, and Transfer Case fluid. 2023: New Exide 72Ah Battery, Power Steering flush, and an Air Conditioning service/top-up. 2022: Replaced the Crankshaft Sensor with the revised Nissan part. 2021: Replaced the Windscreen and the Auxiliary Belt. I've got a few bits in the garage that I'm happy to include for the new owner: A Brand New Genuine Nissan 3-way catalyst and a full set of anti-roll bar links. I intended to fit these myself but just haven't had the time. The original Nissan carpet mats (the driver's one has a hole, which is why I use rubber ones now, but you're welcome to them!). A brand-new Dunlop spare wheel and a set of halogen H4 bulbs (to go with the upgraded LEDs I've fitted). This car also has the extremely "rare" Nissan off-road front bumper fitted. Condition For a 2004 car, it's in fantastic condition. There are some age-related cosmetic wear (dents and scuffs) and a tiny chip in the windscreen on the passenger side but that's expected for a 22 year old car. Bought a smaller car now for commuting so it has to go sadly. Any questions welcome. Sensible offers only please.
