For Sale - my pride & joy Love my VW Passat and will be sad to let her go. Only selling as looking at making the switch to electric. I have just had her fully serviced and MOT - passed both but with expected recommendations for a timing belt and water pump kit due to mileage and rear drivers shock absorber, wheel break and disc pads change. Car has been well looked after and has a fully service history. Comes with 2 sets of keys and paperwork. Air re gassed every summer. I am the second owner from new and purchased from VW Derby. The car has all the standard features with the model but a few nice extras. It has an electric tailgate button in the drivers door and a tow-bar with full wiring for trailers and caravans. I bought this car to tow a caravan but it has only been used for a bike rack. The mileage is super, easily achieving 51mpg or higher if driven slower. It has a lovely smooth gear box and the ride is quiet and smooth. I have always used premium tyres. Rear tyres are Michelin Cross Climate 2's (6mm) and fronts are Goodyear Eagles (6mm) so plenty of life in all 4. Bodywork is excellent with one small minor scratch on drivers side door with will t-cut out. Hardly notice with each time I treat. Rest is spot on. No bumps, dents of any note. The warning light for low tyre pressure in the drivers side rear comes on from time to time but there is no puncture as I've had it checked out. The only other thing to mention which has no bearing on car passing its MOT each year or its performance is the cruise control. This has been de-activated by the sensor being disturbed and as I never use it I've not bothered to pay to fix the problem. I have been very honest with my description of my VW Passat because I have loved this car and want the next person to enjoy it after me. At 108,000 these engines will run and run and so you will have plenty of milage to enjoy her like my family has. Welcome to view but only if you are serious. No time wasters please.
