Description
Mark one, 1962 Austin Seven (Mini). Almond green. 850cc.
First registered in May 1962, Cheltenham England. Purchased by second keeper (my Father) in 1993, transferred to me in 2014 - so officially 3 keepers. Original plate was 313 LTT.
In 2013 the car had a sympathetic restoration, by Paul Higgs Mini Specialists, including a new subframe, A panels and wings. Further info can be provided.
It is now need of bodywork repairs with rust patches shown on the photographs - wings, sills, slight rust on the rear. The interior is in good condition and original, except for a new carpet set fitted when restored.
Fully serviced each year since 2014.
This car is so fun and loves to be driven; it has been a difficult decision to part with it after so many years.
Mileage cannot be proven as when my Father purchased the car the odometer did not work. The car was off the road from 2001 - 2014. Since 2014 the car has only been driven in the Spring/ Summer months and driven approx 6 miles each week. It has been kept covered under a carport.
I have videos of the engine running, and of the interior and exterior. Please ask if you'd like to see these.
