Very clean inside and out, no marks, scuffs or scrapes, only slight stone chips on the front bumper.Full leather interior, rear seats barely used, front seats are heated and electrically adjustable, they are in excellent condition. Bi-Xenon headlights, folding mirrors, I-drive, auto dimming rear view mirror, privacy glass, auto wipers. Recent work at BMW main dealer to fix Stop/Start issue and replace drivers air bag, which was a warranty recall. Their visual inspection gave a clean bill of health and the report is available. Oil changed at 6000 mile intervals using Mahle filter and Motul Fully synthetic oil. The car uses no oil between changes. The car has always been driven gently keeping the revs low till engine is fully warm. New power steering pipe recently fitted. Bilstein shock absorbers fitted all round a few years ago along with the associated mountings/bump stops/top mounts. New battery, rear brake calipers and drive shafts also fitted in my ownership. Service book filled out with all the completed services, with accompanying dates to catalogue the work. The wheels could do with a refurb but they have no cracks or welds unlike many. Front tyres were new back in Feb, the rears have about 4mm tread. Very reluctant sale, only selling as I have acquired an F31 estate which is more suitable for family needs, I wish I could keep both.
