2016 VW Amarok Highline BiTDI Auto - Reflex Silver Reluctantly selling my Amarok Highline. It's been a brilliant truck and has clearly been looked after properly throughout its life. I bought it from the original owner, who had taken really good care of it, and I've continued that during my ownership. I'm a VW enthusiast and have spent a fair bit making sure it's A1. Recent work includes: Dinitrol rust protection carried out by South West Rust Proofing. The underside/chassis is in excellent condition and presents really well. Full driveline service carried out by a Bristol ZF specialist, including the gearbox, front and rear diffs, and transfer case. The BiTDI engine and ZF auto gearbox are a great combination it drives smoothly and the gear changes are pretty much seamless. When I bought it, I had it serviced for peace of mind, including new rear brake drums and cylinders. Earlier this year it also had a major service at a well-regarded VW specialist, including oil and oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, cabin filter, brake fluid and a general inspection. Genuine Quantum 5W-30 oil was used, meeting VW 507.00 spec. This was around 4,000 miles ago. It's also had a new AGM battery fitted and coded this year, along with a new HVAC blower motor and parking sensors. An oil service has also been carried out ready for sale. It's on four good Continental CrossContact tyres, fitted last year. I also have a set of Continental winter tyres available separately if wanted. It passed its MOT in January with no advisories. Worth checking the MOT history as it's had a very clean record over the years, with only one minor fail for headlamp aim. I also have Yakima WingBars for it, which can be included if useful. It's been a great daily driver and has done some brilliant long trips, including to Switzerland and Germany, without any issues. Only selling because my circumstances have changed and I now have a longer urban commute, so something smaller makes more sense. As a final note, despite a Euro 5 rating, there are no charges to drive into any low emission zones with this truck.
