This has been my daily since 2022 and would suit anyone looking for a cheap to run, comfortable work horse. It has a decent service history with the last three services done by myself, the latest including oil, fuel, air and pollen filter replacement. Everything works as it should, including ice cold AC, both heated seats and Bluetooth audio/phone connection. Engine still pulls well, gearbox shifts smoothly through every gear and benefits from a new oil cooler and hoses in November 2025, along with new oil and filters in 2024. No knocks or bangs from the suspension and the rear subframe was replaced by Sandown Mercedes in December 2025. Cosmetically a bit tired but not terrible for the mileage and which has been of little worry for a daily workhorse. Overall decent car but could do with some love to bring it up a bit. MOT has just lapsed and the low price reflects this (Autotrader suggested almost double.) Good points: Starts and runs well on first turn of key. Engine and gearbox feel strong for mileage. Recent service using quality parts. Recent new gearbox oil cooler, oil and coolant hoses. New rear subframe done by MB main dealer. New left hand lower control arm. All electrics work as they should. No warning lights on dash. Good tread on tyres all round. Bad points: Cosmetically scruffy. No MOT (price reflects this) Needs new rear brakes (disc and pads supplied with sale) Minor oil leak from engine. LH DRL needs replacing (or fixing) Wheels need refurbing if new owner bothered but structurally sound. Test drives welcome and sensible offers considered. Price reflects MOT and condition.
