Description
My first ever car, 2012 1.8 C Class, selling in order to buy another car. Car has been owned for 2 years and has caused me minimal issues. I replaced the timing chain in very good time as I noticed some rattles. This was last year. Additionally, this car has been ECU and TCU remapped by SM Tuning so it runs as a fast, comfortable daily. This car pushes 220-225bhp and 385 torque. In order to account for this remap, the car has been serviced using top quality shell engine oil and I had the gearbox serviced too. Car drives like a brand new machine! Other modifications include a k&n reusable air filter making nice induction noise and a full stainless steel exhaust system by JCcustomz including a rear muffler delete (I still have the old muffler). Moreover, this car is quite loud, especially on a cold start. Car is also fitted with a car play module which includes Apple CarPlay and android auto, without replacing the screen. The car has wheel spacers for an aggressive look and stance. The cars bodywork admittedly has dealt with alot of stone chips from motorway driving, scratches and some minor dents which would need to be sorted out as well as an alloy refurb which would be recommended. Bought the car at 79,000 miles and since then has mainly done motorway miles. The boot space is more than adequate and comes with a spare tyre and jack. This car being the 4-door makes it quite practical as well as the size of the car being not too big allows for easy parking. Mercedes electronic steering feel makes steering effortless with a large turning circle, I have never struggled to park this car. In addition, this car is equipped with front and rear parking sensors to help with parking. Comfortability and convenience wise, this car comes with partially electronic seats, lumbar back support, appropriate storage units, 4 cupholders, 2 front, 2 rear. A very nice smell to the car to cruise in luxury without the aid of an air freshener but will leave my NOIR spray can in there. Cruising around town and on the motorway makes this car great for long distance drives and city cruising achieving 42-47mpg on longer journeys with effortless shifting and torque from the transmission map. Overall, this is a great first or second car for anyone in the market looking for a quick, nippy cruiser. Things that WILL be done before the sale well in advance are the following:
DRL left side replacement
New spark plugs and engine oil service
MOT
Pricing adjusted accordingly. No lowball offers.
