1999 VW Golf Mk4 - Spares/Repairs or Project Selling my Mk4 Golf as I'm upgrading to an estate. These are getting harder to find now and would make a good spares car or build-up project for a Golf enthusiast. Needs jumped to start (possible alternator), drives fine and has been used as a daily, but it does have a few issues and is being sold as seen. Known / likely issues: - Suspected alternator issue (battery wont hold charge) - Air con compressor clutch likely faulty - Driver side window motor needs replaced - General age-related wear and faults expected on a 27 year old car (electric quirks etc) Has had various bits replaced over the years and has been a reliable little car overall. Bodywork is decent for age but not perfect. Interior still tidy enough. (Will be cleaned before sale) Tyres, brake pads and discs done last year. Open to offers.
