2010 Honda Civic FN2 Type R GT Full V5 logbook. Fresh 12 months MOT. Major service carried out 7k miles ago 123k miles Original reg: EK10 WYJ (private plate not included) Completely stock example apart from front spacers and cosmetic covers. Owned by me for nearly 3 years, it has been very reliable and has never let me down. Maintenance & History: - new N/S/R brake caliper, both new rear discs and pads due to MOT failure of imbalanced rear brakes which was the siezed caliper. - Both front side light bulbs replaced - 2 keys - Tyres: bridgestone potenza sport on front, pirelli p zero nero GT on rear. Fronts were put on around 5/6 months ago. (I have invoice) - Loads of service history and receipts including paperwork since I have owned the car - Gearbox oil & coolant changed within last 7k miles - Valve clearances done by previous owner - VTEC works perfectly, no oil consumption - Underneath is clean, rear beam in good condition - Fully working AC Condition: Good overall condition for age and mileage. Drives exactly as it should. Cosmetic imperfections: - passenger side electric folding mirror doesn't work - Lacquer peel on mirrors and slight on spoiler - Some previous paintwork (bonnet & arches) not great up close - Minor paint loss on lower front bumper and arch trims - Small rust bubbles starting on bottom of driver's door - Light lacquer peel above windscreen - Alloys could benefit from refurb (rear worst) - Small tear on driver's seat bolster - Headlights slightly tired All shown clearly in photos , no surprises. Overall, this is a solid, honest FN2 that is ready to go and would make a great daily or a base to modify. Hard to find unmodified examples with this history. Selling because I now have a new car as I wanted something turbo and abit more of a comfortable daily car. I will miss the car very much it's been amazing to me but the time has come to sell.
