Description
This estate has been an excellent family run around in the 4 years I have owned it. It's done 120k miles but it's a Ford...(93k when I bought it).
Please see the positives and (few) negatives it has going for it below:
The good bits:
- very reliable, and passed 5 of its previous 6 MOTs with no advisories at all;
- good on fuel, with 50mpg+ easy to obtain;
- new tyres fitted last autumn (Good Year 4 Season - see photos)
- only 1 former keeper (fleet vehicle previously);
- full service history - Ford dealer prior to my ownership (2021 missing but everything else there) and independent garage every year I have owned it;
- new timing belt / water pump fitted at 93k when I first bought it (invoice to prove).
The not so good:
- driver's floor carpet worn away in a few spots as no mats came with the car, and I never got around to fitting any;
- marks on the seats here and there as it has a cloth interior/been a family vehicle etc;
- usual light marks and scratches here and there on the bodywork (including small chip on boot) as to be expected for a 9-year-old car.
The vehicle will come with a full year's MOT/interim service (last year was full service), all paperwork and 2 sets of keys. It should be available from end of June/early July once my new vehicle arrives.
Thanks for reading and don't hesitate to contact me with any questions.
