The reasons for this are obvious - the car is a known quantity to us, it has been through our robust sales process before and often we have maintained it since sale. This is the case with this particular example as we supplied it to the last owner in the summer of 2023. He has just come back to us and part exchanged his 987 S for a 981 Boxster S and we were very pleased to see his car back as not only have we maintained it (since 2021 in fact) but the owner was without doubt one of the most passionate and conscientious Porsche owners that we have had the pleasure of dealing with. He was never one to shirk any form of maintenance, however trivial, and he took huge pride in his Porsche - enjoying it for some 16,000 miles in his ownership - including a trip to Stuttgart to visit the Porsche Factory and Museum. The result of this is a superb car that belies it's age and mileage. Cosmetically excellent all round and mechanically spot on. Recent works completed either by him or Mortimers include all new tyres, all new brakes, gearbox oil change, rear road springs, spark plugs and fitment of an updated Kenwood head unit. A wonderful and great value Boxster that we are proud to have back in stock.
