So this is my 190e I've owned for 4 years now. I bought it from an old bloke from Lifton (Devon) who's eye site got too bad to drive any longer. 4 owners from new I believe. I got it back to my garage and was my winter project. (list of what I've done is in the photos). Long nights getting this show ready has really made me fall in love with this car and is a shame I have to part. It's got 19+ service stamps before me and comes with loads of paperwork, original steering wheel, first aid kit from factory, receipt and photo of original buy in 1989. This stays in a garage all year round and only out in sunny weather. Has electric sunroof, electric drivers seat and all electric windows from factory. Have updated the wiring throughout to make sure it's spot on and safe. Air central locking from standard. Being a 2.6 straight six manual they're hard to come by (90% of them were auto) and this is a real treat to drive and doesn't miss a beat. Anything the cars needed it's had. Interior is in immaculate condition. No sign of use or sun damage at all. Has a uprated Blaupunkt stereo but have the standard one too. Just ideal for Bluetooth. Upgraded speakers too. Exterior is just a beautiful. Has a tiny minor scratch on boot but I haven't sprayed it as it's original paint but that's it. Comes with bbs style wheels with near new tyres, upgraded exhaust with a new upgraded manifold so you can really hear her sing. Recently the mileage counter came off but I have since sorted that issue. Happened on drive from Devon to Essex. The merc did great the whole trip. Is sitting on 123500 miles. Won top 50 cars at castle Combe action day. Is a real eye catcher and gets loads of attention thanks to the 2 tone colour way. Was MOT'd in September with no advisory's. Recently changed bushes to powerflex purple bushes and it drives so much better since. Underneath is in good condition for the age. Hasn't been wax oiled yet as I could still work on it and don't take it in the rain anyway. Has been welded in 2 places but to a very high standard. All in all it's a great car to own, people love to stop and chat about it. A good future investment.
