I bought this car at 11,000 miles from Ford Bromley. I have done 74,000 miles in 13 years. It has served me brilliantly & been very reliable.
I am an advanced Police Class 1 driver, having done many advanced motoring courses during my 22 year's service (late 80s & throughout the 1990s). This car has never been abused. It has always been driven carefully & looked after.
I am selling it now because it has become my 3rd car, as my kids have grown up. This car has hundreds of thousands of miles left in it & many, many more years to go
The S-Max is an incredibly versatile car. It has 7 seats but all 5 rear seats can fold flat, giving as much room as a small van.
The boot is literally huge! We have a very big German Shepherd dog and we can fit him in the boot, alongside 4 large suitcases.
Whenever the dog is in the car, I protect that area with 2 large dust sheets AND 2 large plastic sheets.
This car can seat 5 adults in comfort, each one with their own dedicated seat. Not the one in the middle sitting on an armrest - 5 individual seats!
The 2 rear seats are prefect for children. Up until this year, that's the only place my daughter would sit.
There are age related small cosmetic knocks on the body work. Nothing major - just the sort of stuff you get from lazy buggers parking too close in car parks
I will be very sad to sell it but it isn't getting enough use anymore
