The exact source has not been diagnosed. There is also a new issue with gearbox vibration under acceleration, so it will need inspection/repair before regular use. The chassis/body condition is good for its age, with no knocks from the suspension/chassis that I am aware of. Due to the oil leak and gearbox vibration, the car should ideally be towed or transported away to avoid causing any further damage.
