For sale is my mazda mx5. specs 2.0L petrol 158bhp 2008 hardtop convertible excellent condition for its age I have owned this car since October 2022 and I have loved this car, it has brought me so much joy over the years, this used to be my only car and used it daily but due a change in circumstances over a year ago I was forced to buy a family car and I wanted to keep this car as my second car that's how much I loved it but unfortunately I couldn't make it work so hence the sale. I personally maintained this car with regular oil and filter changes, fresh spark plugs and the thermostat was replaced a couple years ago and I recently replaced the battery with a Yuasa battery and kept the receipt. I have tried to keep all the receipts for this car for everything that has been done even before my ownership. I am pretty sure I am only the second owner and I can confidently say the car has had a good life, it was very well looked after by the previous owner and I have tried to look after this car to the best of my ability. The hardtop still work well and never had an issue with that. Being a mazda it has a fantastic reliability history and even though its reasonably old and reasonably high mileage don't let that put you off because this is an excellent car and it will look after you if you look after it. please bare in mind this car is nearly 20 years old and does come with age related marks, dents, scratches and chips, I did scratch the rear bumper a couple years ago and I will update the pictures with better ones soon, also the panel cover for the hardtop has some paint peeling which isn't too bad but will advise to handwash to clean as opposed to pressure wash to avoid making it worse but will try to add photos or I will send photos to you on request if need be. I have also sprayed the underneath with a few coats of waxoyl a couple years ago to protect and maintain the quality underneath. NO OIL LEAKS, NO ELECTRICAL ISSUES OR MECHACNICAL ISSUES. The MOT is due in august but it will be taken for a fresh mot before it is sold and it was last serviced around 9 months ago. The previous owner also added coilovers so it is lower to the ground than the traditional mx5 but goes over speed bumps just fine.
