Hello! So I'm selling my Jeep so I can treat my missus to a new car and I've not been able to use it as its intended purpose as an off road truck since I've become a dad and its time to let it go to a new home. I've owned this for 7-8 years now and I've put about 32K ish miles on it. When I bought it I changed all the oils / fluids / radiator and hoses and put on a new suspension kit and put on the AT tyres and Winch and bumper and a new head gasket. The last repair was a new exhaust system including a new cat as the old one was worn out. It's been reliable vehicle with mix of school runs / tip runs and some trips to London and back to see friends. but had needed some minor repairs over the time in my ownership. The engine / Auto Gear Box and Transfer case 2W / 4W / 4L all selects and you can see the lights go on the dash so they all work. It's a joy to drive with excellent visibility and commanding driving position and low down torque thanks to the 4 litre 6 cylinder engine. It averages around 22mpg or a bit more if you are gentle and drive in 2WD but it does put a smile on your face. The car has a clean MOT however there are some things that need some attention and to be fair it is a 26 year old car so you have to bear that in mind if you buy it. I will list the known bugs / features / character (delete as appropriate) that I am aware of. * ABS tone rings need replacing. Currently the ABS triggers at very slow speed braking. I have the parts but not had time to get them fitted. It was noted at the last service. * Paintwork. The laquer is peeling in places. Minor dings / marks. * Minor corrosion on door sills (see pics) as well as a few other little spots. * Central locking is intermittent. I think it's because the driver side door lock switch is a little stiff. * Driver side power window doesn't stop at the top (clicks) * Passenger power window cannot be operated from the driver side. * Radio aerial doesn't go up any more after I fitted the aftermarket stereo. It does have a spare wheel and it does come with some other original bits that I've kept and recovery gear and bags etc. Lots of paperwork only part stamped service history. ** SCAMMER NOTE ** I will not deliver it you will have to come in person.
