1987 Citroen 2CV, rebuilt from the ground up by a respected NI car restorer. Thousands spent on new parts including a new galvanised chassis and suspension. Engine and gearbox rebuild plus full body restoration means car has been freshly registered with near zero miles on the reset odometer. We are only now showing 600+ easy miles so barely run in. Currently still requires taxing and MOT, theres approximately 9 months left on the current MOT certificate. This is not a requirement when the car reaches its 40th birthday next year. Classic car insurance This was not rebuilt to be a concours car - add 10K to the price if it was - it has been built with the view to being a solid, reliable, well finished and very useable classic car that should maintain its value with careful ownership. I taught my wife to drive in a 2CV back in the mid 1980's, and she purchased this car in an attempt to revisit happy memories of fun 2CV ownership. Sadly a medical issue means she is now unable to comfortably drive a manual car hence the unexpected sale. We are in West Wales, not exactly a central location. All we can say is that if you are serious about buying an 'as new' 2CV for fun days out then we are confident a visit would not be a wasted journey.
