This car will make a great car for someone but not worth me doing the work as it was my son's car and he's bought himself another one. Runs great, but currently no MOT. Will need 2 new tyres, OSR suspension spring (possibly) and 2 wiper blades. Both electric motors for the windows need replacing as one is stuck up and the other stuck down, currently held shut with a strut in the door panel. A few scratches and dings but nothing bad. The speedo only displays intermittently so 86k miles is a ballpark figure. Sounds horrendous, but is actually a really good runner. I don't have the skills to do the work myself so would need to pay someone to do all the work. I was selling it anyway so by the time I had done the work I would be left with a car at break even price that someone try to haggle me down on. Will need towing as no MOT. Seriously, drives really well. Until my son bought another in October it was a daily runner and regularly used between midlands and Brighton. On the plus side, will leave the Bluetooth stereo in and also original VW cassette player.
