Description

2014 BMW 218d M Sport Coupe in black, automatic, with Apple CarPlay. I'm selling only because I'm leaving the country, otherwise I'd be keeping it. It's a great drive, smooth and responsive with the M Sport setup, and very economical on diesel whether you're commuting daily or covering longer distances. The car has recently had a large amount of work and maintenance carried out, so it's mechanically fresh and ready to go: Recently serviced with new oil, oil filter and air filter, plus a full vehicle health check All four tyres replaced around 5,000 miles ago, so practically new New battery and new rear handbrake cable Both front control arms replaced, plus front inner and outer tie rods Rear wheel bearing replaced Front shock absorber dust cover kits fitted and wheel alignment carried out Both front wings professionally treated for rust, painted and blended Long MOT, valid until April 2027 - last test passed with no advisories Spec includes Apple CarPlay, sat nav, parking and reversing sensors, auto wipers, auto lights etc. There are also a couple of personal touches: the front bars are finished in green and there's red interior lighting that looks great at night, both easily reversed if they're not to your taste. Partial service history, plus full records of all the recent work above. Inside it's in really good condition, with the sporty M Sport seats showing very little wear and no smoking smell, as it's been with non-smokers throughout and never had pets. The exterior is tidy for its age, with just a few minor stone chips here and there. The car runs and drives very well. On the rare occasions an intermittent engine management light appears, no fault codes or warning messages show on the car's infotainment display. My mechanic has identified it as the MAF sensor, which is still working fine and doesn't need replacing right now, but will be worth changing within the next 12 months. It's a common and inexpensive part. Separately, the rear control arms still have plenty of life in them and will be worth replacing within around 12 months or 10,000 miles as normal wear. The car is in daily use, so the mileage will rise slightly from the 83,669 currently shown. Happy to answer any questions or arrange a viewing and test drive.
