2006 (56 plate) Honda CR-V 2.2 i-ctdi, 158k miles. I have owned this for about 15 months, buying it from a lady who's family had owned it from new. When her parents owned it , they took it to Spain when they moved there for , I think 5 or 6 years. This probably accounts for the car being rust free , both body & chassis wise , a massive plus , if you are looking for one of these. Please note , in the last photograph, the brown on the chassis rail is dirt , and not rust. It has a very good service history, including services from a Honda dealer in Spain. When I got the car I had all the fluids changed , so that was engine & gearbox oil , coolant , rear diff oil , brake fluid and power steering fluid , along with all filters. All coil springs & shock absorbers were renewed , along with relevant mountings & bushes , as were the brake discs & pads. Being the Executive model , the car has colour coded wheel arches , leather upholstery with heated seats , power folding mirrors and traction control , as well as the usual power windows , sunroof , mirrors , cruise control , climate control with ice cold air con & yes the picnic table is present. All rear windows are tinted. It has a genuine Honda detachable towbar, dealer fitted when new, with 13 pin electrics. Tyres are nearly new Bridgestone Dueler H/T 's all round . Alloys are in excellent condition. I also fitted a set of top quality Osram daylight running lights , which dim when the side lights are switched on, as they should. The car drives exactly as it should , pulling well through all 6 gears and is returning 46-47 MPG commuting to work and bitting & bobbing around. This model does not have a DPF , so nothing to worry about there. Everything works as it should , it doesn't use or lose oil or coolant. The paintwork is all original and just has the odd tiny scuff mark here & there , but no big dents or scratches and most importantly, no rust . It also has a GTechniq ceramic coating. The headlights have been polished & coated too. The car will have the private plate removed before it is sold, but I will leave it on until then , so the MOT history can be checked on line.
