Hyundai Ioniq Electric Premium SE (2022) Metallic Red This is the updated Ioniq Electric with the larger 38.3 kWh battery, giving a real-world range of around 170 miles in winter and 200 in summer. This car's superpower is its efficiency. It typically achieves around 4 miles per kWh in winter and 5.5+ in summer, so on Intelligent Octopus Go (5.5p/kWh off-peak) the electricity costs about 1p per mile in summer and 1.4p in winter. It makes a great commuter. CONDITION & HISTORY Aside from a poor paint repair to the rear bumper (done by the original owner - photo attached), the car is in very good condition with full service history, so it retains its Hyundai warranties. It's just had its (expensive) 3-year service done at a main dealer, but it's usually cheap to maintain, and there's nothing needing attention. It's fitted with Michelin CrossClimate all-season tyres with about 4.5mm of tread remaining; range could be extended slightly by switching to EV-specific tyres. We're the second owners and have had the car since October 2023, bought from a dealer in London. SPECIFICATION Premium SE is the top trim, so it's well equipped: Heated and ventilated front leather seats, heated rear seats, heated steering wheel Power-adjustable driver's seat with memory Touchscreen with sat nav, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto Adaptive cruise control and the lots of driver-assist/safety kit Wireless phone charging and Infinity audio LED headlights, rear privacy glass A 7kW (Type 2) charging cable and a 3-pin granny charger are both included, along with carpet mats and a boot liner.
