Timing chain kit replaced
Failed timing chain guides removed and replaced
Oil sump removed and cleaned
Oil pickup strainer cleaned of debris

Following repairs, the vehicle developed persistent engine rattling and a cylinder 1 misfire. Further diagnostics identified piston movement ("piston rock") and wear associated with restricted oil pressure caused by debris contamination within the lubrication system.
Final Diagnostic Conclusion:
The engine continues to exhibit mechanical rattling and a cylinder 1 misfire. Based on inspection and diagnostic testing,
