Porsche 928S4 first registered March 1991, 1990 model, owned by me since March 2021 and subjected to extensive restoration for the last 5 years to all system, body work and interior. Huge spend by myself of around 26000 in the last five years in addition to purchase of car. Previous owner spent around 6000 also in 2019. The third 928 I have owned and restored but now surplus to requirements due to purchase of 718 Boxster 25. Car has also just had the huge five year service done including new cambelt, new water pump, Porken tensioner, distributor caps, rotors and coolant. We also did sump gasket and engine mounts at this service to great now for another 5-6 years for next owner. Climate AC system overhauled at huge expense including new condenser, drier, hoses, expansion valve, compressor, HVAC control unit overhauled and interior temp sensor replaced. For those that know for the climate system to work on a 928 is rare these days. Fuel system fully overhauled last five years including tank cradle, pipework, tank internal filter, external filter and new pump. Bosch Mk3 four hole injectors upgrade plus Ritek X pipe fitted with new O2 sensor and new Ritek flex plate clamp. All knock sensors, idle control valve, vacuum hoses and pipe work under inlet manifold replaced. New head gaskets in 2022 with cam chains. All four interior seats stripped to frames/ cores and reconditioned with new leather hides, modern foam cores and backings with electric motors and memory seat drivers side also working correctly. Full new interior carpet fitted from Lakewell including the transmission tunnel involving full strip out. New windscreen fitted when car was resprayed in 2021, rear windows removed for resealing and treating the body apertures. Sun roof removed and new seals fitted during respray. All new shocks (Bilstein) and springs (Porsche) all round. New PSD slave from Porsche plus new pipe work from Porsche and replacement PSD pump fitted. New brake hard lines fitted and Goodrich stainless steel flexible hoses plus st steel new bleed nipples. Brake callipers and discs overhauled and replaced in 2019 by previous owner. New front disc back plates from Porsche fitted. New radiator from Radtec fitted plus new hoses and header tank fluid warning level float and cap from Porsche. Original radio speakers overhauled with new foams to keep period interior look. Gearbox service, new fluid reservoir and interior filter fitted. New tyres all round in May 2025 just before Le Mans
